Prepare your strawberries and layer them over the cream cheese layer.
In a saucepan, boil 1 cup of water and add the packets of jello and cornstarch. Take off the heat and stir for two minutes or until completely dissolved. Add in another cup of water.
Let cool on the counter until cool to the touch. Once cool, slowly pour over the strawberries in the pan. Leave in refrigerator for four hours or until set.
