Ingredients

buckwheat flour

oat flour

egg, beaten

vanilla extract

cinnamon

pure maple syrup

bananas, large

apple cider vinegar

baking powder

ghee, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and generously grease a loaf pan with ghee.
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until completely mixed. Add to your greased loaf pan.
Bake for 35 minutes, edges should be browned nicely. Cool completely and enjoy!
