Matcha Green Tea Latte
(adjust to taste)
Put the matcha powder in a small bowl and add the two oz of water. Whisk in a zig zag motion until frothy and powder is fully dissolved.
In a cup (at least 12 oz), add the frothy matcha mixture. Add in the sugar and mix.
In a pan, warm ten oz of milk with vanilla on medium low heat until hot. Turn the heat off and use a whisk to whisk the milk for several minutes, until froth forms on top.
Pour your milk into your prepared cup with the matcha mixture, holding back the froth for the very top of your latte.
Sprinkle some matcha powder on top (optional). Enjoy!
