organic oat flour

baking powder

cardamom powder

maple syrup
(can be reduced to 1/4 cup)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, salt and cardamom powder. Mix.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and eggs. Mix.
Add your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix well until just combined. The batter will be a bit thick.
Pour your batter into a well greased cake pan. I used a brownie pan to make 12 mini cakes that can be stacked.
Bake for 18 minutes.
Cool and decorate as you wish! Enjoy!
