I was talking to my best friend about some sweet potato syrup I had bought to try recently and she got me thinking. Sweet potato syrup is the perfect sugar replacement for all of the fall baking that will soon be upon us! It’s super sweet and is a great swap for pumpkin flavor without any actual pumpkin. So, I gave it a try in this pumpkin loaf I whipped up and as expected, it didn’t disappoint. I’m so ready for fall!
