French Toast for One
heavy whipping cream
in pan as needed
In a medium bowl, combine the egg, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, sugar and cinnamon. Whisk until well incorporated.
Heat a pan on medium low heat with butter.
Soak the bread in the custard mixture, about 15 seconds each side.
Once the butter is melted in the pan, add the bread into the pan and cook until brown, about a minute or a minute and a half each side.
Repeat for the second piece of bread. Top with more butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
