Almond Flour Pizza Dough

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine your almond flour, mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir mixture until incorporated together well. It will resemble a ball of dough, but sticky. Set aside from the heat until the mixture cools down.
  4. Add the beaten egg, erythritol and Italian seasoning and mix well.
  5. Line your baking pan with parchment paper and using water to wet your hands (this dough is sticky!) start to form your pizza dough.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Depending on your oven, you may need to add 2-5 more minutes.
  7. Remove your crust from the oven and top with whatever you desire! Cook for five more minutes in the oven to melt the cheese. If you wish to top your pizza with meat, precook on the stove.
