I can not even tell you how excited I was to hear that eating low carb didn’t mean I had to live a life without pizza. What a sad life to live! I mean, would you want to live without pizza? I was so happy to hear there were alternatives. And you know what… I think I like almond flour pizza dough more than traditional pizza crust! It has a heartiness to it that that just hits the spot. It’s so easy to make and doesn’t need to be chilled in the refrigerator. Who has time for that? Just whip it up, cook it in the oven and top with whatever you desire.
