Hmm, shrimp and mango! I don’t follow a Paleo diet, but when I chanced upon this shrimp and mango salad recipe on a Paleo recipe website, I had to make it. I had some mangos lying around, so I just had to buy the shrimp. Easy peasy!
Hmm, what to say? THIS SALAD WAS DELICIOUS!! My husband is traveling, so I got to enjoy this salad. I normally don’t make foods that combine sweet and savory because he hates it. This shrimp and mango salad was my dream. 🙂

I made mine with raw shrimp and cooked them instead of using the precooked version. Ever since I bought the raw accidentally, I can’t go back to precooked… the taste is so much better! If you are low on time, the precooked shrimp are a good option.
