Is it still a haul if there are only two items? 😉
Well, whatever. I’ll go ahead and call it a haul anyways! My mini Ulta haul!
Last week, I went up to Indianapolis to meet up with my Mom and sister for lunch. We ate at a restaurant right across from a strip mall that had an Ulta in it… since there isn’t an Ulta or Sephora where I live, I couldn’t pass up the chance to check it out!
As usual, their clearance section was huge! I’ve gotten such great deals there. They had a lot of self tanners and nail polish, which was kind of sad because I don’t tan and I already have a load of nail polish! I was hoping to find a new moisturizer but it was a no go. 🙁
But! I did manage to snag a few things while I was there. I was excited to find a 3-pack of twistband hair ties for around $2, and they were glittery too! Those are pretty pricy so it was definitely a good deal. 😉 I used one of them a few times and I actually find them odd! It’s like my hair is too thick so I can’t get it to a good tightness for my hair. Lame!
I also found a Skin Brightening Pearl Powder Serum by Omojo. My skin has been pretty dull lately, so even though it was a little pricy at $7.50 for .5 oz, I went ahead and got it too.
But wait! The cashier rang up the Omojo Skin Brightening Pearl Powder Serum for $1.50! Miracle right? She said they must have made a bigger discount for that item. Score!
I’m going to test out the Skin Brightening Pearl Powder Serum over the next few weeks to see if it gives good results for my skin. I’ll be posting that up to my blog then after my small ‘case study’. Look forward to it!
So tell me, did you ever go to buy something and find that the price was actually much cheaper? Did you feel as awesome as I did? 😉
